Sit with the idea that your depressed and dysfunctional self, and the choices you made during that time, are a part of you.

They are a part of who you are and that is okay.

Sit with the idea that you will forever be changing, molding, shifting and each phase you enter and then exit will stay with you and be a part of who you are.
